ANDRITZ setzt wichtige Ausrüstungen für die Zellstoffproduktion für das Projekt „STAR“ von BRACELL, Brasilien, erfolgreich in Betrieb

Das Projekt STAR ist eine der größten und nachhaltigsten Zellstofffabriken der Welt. Die Zellstofffabrik entspricht den höchsten Umweltstandards und umfasst zwei flexible, umweltfreundliche Faserlinien für Hartholz mit einer Kapazität von 2,6 bis 2,8 Millionen Jahrestonnen gebleichten Kraftzellstoff oder 1,5 Millionen Jahrestonnen Viskosezellstoff aus nachhaltig angebautem Eukalyptusholz.

Die ANDRITZ A-ConFlex^TM kontinuierliche Kraft- und Viskosezellstofftechnologie ermöglicht die flexible Produktion von Viskose- und Kraftzellstoff mit hoher Qualität. Mit dieser Lieferung bestätigt ANDRITZ erneut seine Position als einziger Technologielieferant mit umfangreichen Referenzen und Erfahrung beim kontinuierlichen Kochen von Viskosezellstoff. Mit einer Kapazität von 13.000 Tagestonnen ist der ANDRITZ HERB™-Rückgewinnungskessel der größte weltweit. Damit kann das Werk energieautark betrieben werden und zusätzlich rund 180 MW grüner Energie in das brasilianische Stromnetz liefern, wodurch der Strombedarf von rund drei Millionen Menschen in der Region gedeckt werden kann.

Der ANDRITZ-Lieferumfang enthält:

• eine komplette Holzverarbeitungsanlage mit hoher Kapazität – ergänzt durch moderne ANDRITZ IIoT Smart Woodyard-Lösungen für eine optimale Hackschnitzelqualität,
• zwei flexible Faserlinien mit DD-Wäscher-Technologie,
• das weltweit größte Zellstofftrocknungssystem mit zwei energieeffizienten Zellstofftrocknungslinien und ausgestattet mit der Metris DryQ intelligenten Zellstofftrocknungslösung sowie einer Metris Remote-Verbindung für eine rasche Inbetriebnahme,
• einen ANDRITZ HERB-Rückgewinnungskessel,
• ein Verbrennungssystem für nicht-kondensierbare Gase (NKG).
