The ANDRITZ submersible mixed flow pumps from the ASMP series are single-stage centrifugal pumps that have a submersible motor and are equipped with an axial or mixed flow impeller. The pump itself is a high-flow submersible pump suitable for pumping large quantities of water at low heads. The pump’s hydraulics have been developed on the basis of the vertical line shaft pump and can reach an impressive flow rate of up to 9,000 m3 /h.
The submersible mixed flow pump can convey slightly and moderately contaminated media, such as grey water, river water, or activated sludge with consistencies up to 3%. These pumps are therefore commonly used in water treatment plants, and for industrial water, wastewater and storm water pumping stations.
Flow rates: | up to: 9000 m3 /h |
Heads: | up to 28 m |
Temperatures: | up to 40 °C |
Consistencies: | up to 3% |
Hydraulic Efficiency: | up to 88% |
The three common installation types of the ASMP series are above, below or straight. However, other installation types are possible, depending on customer requirements and specifications.
