SRS Japanese Quail Procusts, based in Tamil Nadu, India, is a well-known producer of Japanese quail and country chicken. Having previously worked with ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel, SRS experienced firsthand the benefits of a custom-engineered feed plant. Their existing 10 TPH poultry/quail feed plant, supplied by ANDRITZ, delivered outstanding results, supporting their quality-driven breeding program and driving up their productivity. Encouraged by the performance and reliability of the first plant, SRS reached out to us again, aiming to establish a second 10 TPH poultry/Quail feed line as a separate vertical in their operations.
The new project involves the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of another 10 TPH poultry pelleting line, catering specifically to quail feed production. This investment will significantly grow SRS’s Quail feed business and secure a leading position in this niche segment. The estimated project completion timeline is set at 8 months, supported by a well-structured plan and clear goals.
