Your future, your path
Every year since 100 years, young people have laid the foundation for their careers by starting an apprenticeship at ANDRITZ in our apprentice workshops in Graz (since 1922) and Weiz (since 1912). We offer our apprentices not only excellent technical training, but also many additional opportunities to develop personally and beyond the training content.
With events during and outside working hours, we strengthen the young people as team players. If you are looking for a global adventure, you have the opportunity to participate in an international exchange of specialists or complete a construction site assignment during your training. Our Styrian youth also shines with excellent results at vocational championships.
