Regenerative burners

A regenerative combustion system uses two alternating burners with ceramic regenerative media chambers that switch between firing and exhausting. During exhausting, hot gases heat the ceramic media, and in the firing phase, cold air passes through the heated media to support combustion. The system recycles energy from waste gases, providing high fuel efficiency, especially in high-temperature applications.

The AM ZF REG TRI-Sidewall burner offers high efficiency with a power range of 500–7,500 kW and a maximum process temperature of 1,350°C. It supports fuels like NG, LPG, and COG, with future readiness for H₂. Designed for flexibility, it includes UV flame detection, optional flameless operation, and highly efficient air preheating up to 1,100°C, ensuring optimal performance in demanding applications.

FLAT FLAME REGENERATIVE BURNER

The AM ZF REG burner offers efficient performance with a power range of 300–1,000 kW and supports NG, LPG, COG, and H₂-ready fuels. Designed for flexibility, it features UV flame detection, optional flameless operation, and air preheating up to 1,100°C, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.

Hot air burners

The hot air burner system includes jet flame and flat flame burners, designed for efficient high-temperature applications. These burners offer precise heat control by alternating between firing and exhausting phases. Jet flame burners provide concentrated, high-intensity heat, while flat flame burners create a broad, evenly distributed flame. Both burner types are engineered to capture and reuse waste heat, enhancing fuel efficiency and optimizing energy use in challenging industrial settings.
