Our ESG program We Care pursues a multi-dimensional, comprehensive and practice-oriented sustainability approach. It focuses on three fundamental topics – innovation and digitalization, stakeholder management and corporate compliance. We continuously strive to improve our performance with regard to these topics and to keep up with developments and requirements to ensure best practice and the highest standards.
Our focus areas build on these defined fundamental topics. They have been chosen with regard to the expected maximum positive impact on society and with regard to the areas where we are able to make the greatest contribution to a sustainable future. The environmental part of our program is threefold: we’re striving to protect the climate by reducing our own carbon footprint. At the same time, we are continuously minimizing the environmental impact of our facilities regarding water consumption and waste production.
