Assistance App – after arrival

1. Keep your mobile number always up-to-date (emergency support)

The Assistance app is connected to the ANDRITZ Group global emergency procedures. This is why you need to ensure to always keep your correct mobile number saved in your profile of the Assistance App up-to date (E.g. you buy a local SIM card in your destination country.). This is the number the ANDRITZ Travel Helplines and Corporate Security will use to contact you in an emergency. Watch the next video on how to update your mobile number.

2. Location Based Alerts – receive immediate information and advice about major incidents near your current location

The app can inform you via push notification about major incidents (Protests, terror attack, taxi strike, adverse weather conditions, airport closures, epidemics, etc.) and provide you initial advice on how to deal with the situation.
