7. Phone connection to ANDRITZ Travel Helpline (pre-travel and emergency support)

1. Essentials:

Download the app from the ANDRITZ app store (Comp Portal or Play Store) and access the app with your @andritz.com email and password. If you do not have an @andritz email follow instructions below (item 2.B). If required during the set-up process ensure your last name and first name are spelled in the same way as in your passport (without academic titles!). In any case ensure your correct cell-phone number is stored in your user profile of the app. This is the phone number we will use to communicate with you in emergencies. See here on how to enter or change your cell-phone number. The app can be used on ANDRITZ company phones and non-ANDRITZ phones. Should you require more detailed guidance / further support proceed with item 2.
